As a dynamic and visionary corporate leader with a mission to connect Sri Lankan talent to global opportunities, Sean founded Magna Fortuna Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, the parent company of Magna Fortuna Foreign Employment.

Sean pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB Hons). Building upon his academic achievements, Sean embarked on a career as an investment analyst, overseeing the portfolios of high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. Seeking to expand his knowledge and expertise, Sean pursued a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Ranjith Athukorala

Managing Director

He is the Managing Director of Magna Fortuna Foreign Employment (Pvt) Ltd. He is also the Chairman of a leading Sri Lankan government corporation, former Director of Rubber Research Board – Ministry of Plantation Industries and a Justice of Peace – All island of Sri Lanka. He is a well-known Philanthropist, an ardent religious worker and one of the Pioneers in the field of Foreign Manpower Recruitment.

In recognition of his social services, he has been conferred with the Prestigious title of Justice of the Peace for the whole of Sri Lanka by the Sri Lankan Government. He is thoroughly familiar with the cultures and traditions of Gulf countries. In addition to his mother tongue Sinhala, he is also fluent in Arabic and English languages.

He was also appointed as an Board Director in the Rubber Research Board under the aegis of one of the most vital Ministries in Sri Lanka, the Ministry of Plantations Industries.
